Planning
In accordance with the priorities set out in the Department’s planning for the sexennium, the team facilitates an agile and effective organisation with a constant attitude of co-responsibility, promoting coordination by means of a regular schedule of meetings
Animation
First of all we indicate the map of the priority persons who ensure that the animation of the Department has a positive response in the provinces: the Provincial and his Council; the Delegate for Youth Ministry and his team (cf. R. 146;148;155; 156; 160).
Structure
In the regions: the team of delegates, the National Youth Ministry Centres (cf. R. 142) and the Regional and National Youth Ministry Coordinators
Collaboration
Other meetings for animation, reflection and study are: the World Council; study seminars and working groups; collaboration with other sectors and regional councillors; other collaborations that facilitate the exchange of experiences and actions.
